Originating from Etasgo Restaurant, which promotes Fine Dining Western course, Etasgo Academy uses traditional cooking methods and modern cuisine, as well as visual aesthetics to reflect the essence of Western food. However, it was realized that fewer and fewer younger generations were inheriting the Western cooking culture, prompting Etasgo to get involved in the education industry and operate an F&B Academy in September 2015. The Academy hopes to pass on the inheritance of Western cooking skill to the younger generation through a systematic teaching, and with the growth of international tourism and F&B industry, it will invest in teaching facilities and infrastructure to become a market leader and provide high quality. In December 2017, Etasgo Academy opened its branch in Kuala Lumpur, offering culinary arts and pastry courses to more students.
